Yes. The connection to Stora runs through a secure proxy managed by Amax Marketing. No credentials are stored on your website, and only the unit and availability data needed to display and book your units is transferred.

It benefits. Because the booking journey sits on your own domain rather than a third-party page, the traffic, content and search value stay with you.

Amax Pulse is our occupancy intelligence dashboard for Stora operators. It reads your Stora account and shows physical and economic occupancy across every site, tracks demand and net absorption, and gives you a ranked list of the actions most likely to fill more units. See Amax Pulse.

Every Amax Connect operator gets Amax Pulse free for six weeks. It runs on the same secure Stora connection, so there is nothing extra to set up, just switch it on and your occupancy is there.

Physical occupancy is how many of your units are full. Economic occupancy is how much of your potential revenue you are actually earning, which reflects discounts, unit-type mix and pricing. Pulse shows both side by side so you can see the gap. We explain it in our guide to physical vs economic occupancy.

They do different jobs. Connect is front of house, filling your units through your own website. Pulse is back of house, telling you how full you are and where to focus. Most operators use both, but you can run either on its own.

Yes. On the booking plans, customers can reserve and pay on your website, and the order is created in Stora automatically.

No. Booking payments run through your own Stora account at your existing rates. Amax Connect only charges its own subscription, never a percentage of your bookings.

Managed plans run on a 12-month minimum term, then continue month to month until you give 30 days' notice. The one-off setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers building your site.

Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change. Just let us know and we'll apply it from your next billing cycle.

Your website stays yours, but the live Stora connection (availability, prices and online booking) is part of the service and stops when an active subscription ends. Reactivate any time and it picks straight back up.
